Thank you for shopping with Chennai RC Racing Club (CRRC).
Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

• All sales are final.
  We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements for any products once the order is confirmed.

This includes RC cars, buggies, engines, parts, electronics, accessories, and all other items sold on our website.

• Products cannot be returned due to: 
• Change of mind
• Wrong item ordered by customer
• Size/model/color selection mistakes
• “Did not like the product” reasons
• Damages caused by incorrect usage or mishandling
• Due to the nature of RC racing products (sensitive precision parts), used or opened items cannot be accepted back under any condition.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. 
• If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately.
  If the order has not entered the packing/shipping stage, we will try our best to assist — but cancellations are not guaranteed.

CRRC checks every product carefully before dispatch.
However, if you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit, please note:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
• Provide clear unboxing video, photos of the package, and shipping label. 
• Only courier damage claims may be filed with the shipping partner.
• Replacement is not guaranteed, as it depends on courier insurance approval.
• CRRC does not commit to replacing items unless approved by the courier’s claim process. 

Important:
We do not accept claims without proper video proof starting from the unopened package.

Many RC parts like ESCs, motors, servos, receivers, nitro engines, lipos, and chargers are highly sensitive.

• We do not provide warranty or refunds for: 
  • Burnt electronics
  • Incorrect installation
  • Water damage
  • Short circuits
  • Overload, overvoltage, reverse polarity
  • Mishandling or rough usage

Once used or installed, no claims will be accepted.

• If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
• Refunds for such orders are not provided.

• In rare cases where a courier loses the package:
  • CRRC will raise a complaint/ticket with the courier.
  • Resolution depends entirely on the courier company’s investigation.
  • Refund or replacement can only be considered after the courier confirms the package as “lost.”

Until the courier officially declares it lost, we cannot issue any refunds or replacements.

• All product images on our site are for representation only.
• Actual product color, branding, or design may differ slightly due to manufacturing updates.
• Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
