• Coverage starts on the purchase date and is valid for 12 months
• Upgradeable to 2/3-year extended care packages

 EliteCare provides broad protection against real-world RC problems:

A. Operational and Mechanical Issues

• Steering system and servo faults
• Gearbox, differential, and linkage failures
• Motor performance issues (brushed/brushless)
• Drivetrain inconsistencies and excessive noise

B. Impact & Crash-Related Issues

• Breaks caused by rollovers or jumps
• Bent components, suspension arm failures
• Minor chassis cracks
• Broken knuckles, hubs, mounts, rods, etc.

C. Electronics Support

• ESC problems
• Receiver/transmitter malfunctions
• Wiring and signal issues
• Calibration and reset failure. 

D. General Wear-Out

• Bearings, joints, bushings
• Shafts, gear wear, wheel hex damage
• Handling deterioration

E. Minor Cosmetic Care

• Small cracks on the body
• Light restoration work
• Decal fixes (labor only)

 The EliteCare plan does not cover:

• Intentional misuse, stunts, or destructive running 
• Complete loss or theft
• Tampering with internals outside CRRC service centers
• Severe water or mud immersion
• Damage from incompatible batteries, chargers, or DIY parts
• Batteries or fuel-related hazards

 Step 1 — Create a Service Ticket

• Login to your CRRC Hobbies account
• Open the EliteCare Panel
• Submit a repair/service/upgrade request with a description and images 

Step 2 — Professional Evaluation

• Our team analyzes the issue
• You receive a detailed assessment
• If a part is needed, an estimate is shared for approval 

Step 3 — Shipping Your RC

• Ship your RC vehicle to our service center
• Customer bears inbound shipping cost
• We recommend protective packaging & insured delivery 

Step 4 — Servicing and Repairs

• Technicians carry out repairs or upgrades
• Periodic updates provided during service
• Final tuning done based on model type 

Step 5 — Final Quality Checks

• Multi-point inspection
• Electronic tests
• Road/track testing
• Performance report shared with the customer 

Step 6 — Safe Return

• RC is securely packaged
• Returned via courier (shipping paid by customer)

• All service & labor charges: Covered fully
• Spare parts & upgrade components: Billed extra
• Shipping costs (both ways): Customer responsibility
• Out-of-scope issues will be quoted before any work begins

 To maintain fairness and optimal service:

• Maximum 4 service tickets per year
• Total service value covered up to 150% of vehicle price
• Up to 5 upgrade/tuning requests allowed yearly
